This small Oak bowl to a fair bit of time and effort to turn. When working with oak, due to the open grain, you can get some splitting of the wood. This happened with this bowl. To resolve it I have filled the cracks with black CA glue to try and make a feature of them.
the bowl measures 5 inches/ 12cm in diameter and has been finished off with Wood Wax 22.
